Each truck, fleet, tractor or machinery job is assessed individually for vehicle size, access and the work involved before it is accepted.

Agree timing
Timing can be arranged around your operating hours on certain jobs or on request, and we will give an indication of time off the road where we can.

Build for the environment
Connectors, terminations, sealing and routing are chosen to suit the product and the environment, including vibration, water and heat.

Protect each circuit
Accessories are given circuit protection to suit the load, which aims to limit the effect of a fault on other circuits.

Documentation where agreed
Wiring diagrams and circuit labelling are provided on certain jobs or on request. The quotation will identify the work and any reports or wiring diagrams included.

Do you work on 24 volt systems?
Yes, on selected jobs. Many trucks and some machinery run 24 volts, commonly from two 12 volt batteries in series, and parts and accessories need to suit the system voltage. Where a 12 volt accessory is needed, a suitably rated converter is generally used rather than taking power from one battery of the pair, which can leave the batteries unevenly charged.
Do you take on any truck, tractor or machine?

Can you wire a new service body?
On selected jobs, yes. Planning the wiring before the body is loaded and fitted out can make routing simpler. The quotation will identify the work and any reports or wiring diagrams included. Any 240V mains wiring, power points or inverter-output connections are handled through a licensed electrician.
Can you standardise cameras and UHF across our fleet?
Using the same hardware and wiring layout across vehicles can make installs and later servicing more consistent. Each vehicle is still checked and diagnosed on its own, because the same equipment can develop different faults on different vehicles. Fleet work is taken on as selected jobs, assessed individually.
